Main Problems : 25 th Feb

Painful & Difficult walking

Difficulty in standing

Movements on bed painful

Painful muscle spasms

Pain in almost all joints

Pain in low back,

Pain in both shoulders

Pain both elbow joints, wrist joints

Pain both hip joints, knee joints

Pain both lower limbs

H/O not able to work since 1 month

Past History :

H/o road accident in 1995

Fracture Lt. Thigh bone

Rod fixation - for 8 yrs ( 1995 -2003) no major problems except mild infection in the beginning and ? BENT ROD

H/o Mild vague pains all these years but was able to work

H/o problem started after ROD REMOVAL surgery - 2003

Pain started in Rt. Hip joint – severe pain with difficulty in walking

H/o sudden catch of muscles & nerve? – with loss of balance & h/o fall several times in last 6 months

H/o similar problem started at Lt. Leg since last 1month

H/O problem increased after

H/o being investigated & treated by leading Ortho-surgeons at New Delhi but no improvement
