Rod fixation - for 8 yrs ( 1995 -2003) no major
problems except mild infection in the beginning

H/o Mild vague pains all these years but was able to
work
H/o problem started after ROD REMOVAL surgery - 2003
Pain started in Rt. Hip joint – severe pain with
difficulty in walking
H/o sudden catch of muscles & nerve? – with loss
of balance & h/o fall several times in last 6
months
